That's yummy! Buffalo wing

Last weekend, my husband & I took a trip to Niagara Falls.
First, we went to Buffalo by an airplane, then he drove a rented car to Niagara Falls.
As soon as we arrived at Buffalo, we had lunch at “Anchor Bar”, which is famous for a chicken wing.




The interior is exactly American ambience!

The bar counter is very cool!
It seems there is live Jazz music at night.




There are some tables you can have a quiet meal.




And also, you can choose a taste from five kinds, mild, medium, hot , spicy BBQ or suicidal.
It seems "suicidal" taste is super hot!
We ordered "medium" & "spicy BBQ".


"Medium" taste isn’t so hot, so that’s good for me!

















"Spicy BBQ" taste is a little sweet for me.
















The wings are fried until crisp and goes with the blue cheese sauce.
That’s very delicious!
The celery of a side is nice, too.


I love the chicken wing, so I bought the sauce!

I will try to make a chicken wing like “Anchor Bar” at home soon!

We had dinner outside.
I felt comfortable because it’s not so hot.

























The place is across Bleecker St. from the famous "Figaro Cafe" in Greenwich Village.

At first, of course, we had a glass of champagne.

My favorite seafood

A local food in MD is crab!
Last month, my parents and parents-in-law each came to my house.
I wanted to offer hospitality to them, so we went to "The Dancing Crab" that is a popular crab restaurant.
The specialty of this restaurant is hard shell crab with a little hot spice on the shell.
















When we eat those, we need beat the shell with a wooden hammer.
(Does it look like a crab is dancing!?)
However, no problem! it’s easy because a waiter does demonstration of the way to eat, if you eat those for the first time.
















Finally, we 4 people ate a total of 12 crabs! We were full stomach!!
Of course, that tastes yummy!!
Also, I think the price isn’t so expensive.
If you visit D.C. and MD, you should eat hard shell crab!

Japanese Cuisine

Today is Friday!
Of course, I thought that we were going to eat out. (^^)
So, we went to Japanese Restaurant “HINODE” where my classmate recommended.
















Though this Restaurant was crowded with American people, I reminded of our country, because it was as if atmosphere of Japan.

My husband's choice "Sushi Deluxe" ☆My choice "Broiled fresh water eel on bed of rice" which we call "Unagidon"

Also, these taste so good!
I want to go there again!!

The Cheese Cake Factory

On Friday! At last, happy weekend!!
All right! (^0^)/

We went to dinner at The Cheese Cake Factory in White Flint Mall.

This restaurant was crowded with people.
The meals were international cuisine, and we had more Asian foods.
Those were so good!



After meals, we had a dessert, of course, it’s a cheese cake!
My friend said to me “This restaurant is popular in the world, and if I ate the cheese cake of there, I couldn’t eat another.”
That’s right!!
All of these I ate three kinds of cheese cakes were really tasty!

But I left some cake on my plate, because the cake ware larger than I expected .
And I got the bag from a waitress, because many customers took out the rest.
So I can enjoy eating those in my house.
I'm so happy♪

I want to go to this restaurant again.

I Love Sushi!

I haven’t eaten sushi since I left Japan.
Today, I ate the sushi finally.
It was much more delicious than I expect!
I’m so happy…

This sushi was sold in my favorite Japanese market ”HINATA”.
I often use this market when I need Japanese foods, for example natto etc.
I think that foods of this market are superior in quality.






I stopped for a moment in a variety shop.
This shop is very cute!

Baby Carrots

When I looked at this at first, I was surprised!
“What a very small carrot!”
But this carrot is most popular in U.S.
They often eat this as fresh salad.
















I don’t like a common carrot, because I feel that it has a characteristic smell.
But this carrot doesn’t have very smell, so I can eat.
Also, I don’t have to peel.
It’s very convenient!


I have never seen this carrot in Japan.
Why??
Are there “Baby Carrots” in there?

Sunday Brunch

It’s a fine day.
Also, my husband will rally from illness soon.

We got up later and had a brunch.
I made a light meal, because he wasn’t still a little weak.
We will relax in our house today.

There are various coffee shops in DC.
Starbucks coffee is most popular in them.
Also I often use this shop, because it taste good as well as Japan.
And I'm surprised at one thing.
So, size is larger than “tall”.
There isn’t “short”!!
I think that all things of America are big size.

Birthday Dinner

April 3 was My Birthday.
We went to dinner at RUTH’S CHRIS STEAK HOUSE in Bethesda.
















The restaurant decors are so chic and luxury.
I felt great!

We ordered each filet steak and two kinds of accompanying dish and salad, of course a bottle of red deep wine!
The filet steak is soft, and succulent.
I’m so happy…

My Birthday Eve

On April 2, my husband already celebrated my birthday with a bottle of sparkling wine.

This wine he recommended was made in Israel!
I drank it for the first time.
Its taste is very dry, so it’s pretty good!!
