New York Yankees

Last Friday, I went watching a baseball game at Camden Yards in Baltimore.
This game is Orioles vs. New York Yankees that has Hideki Matsui who is my country’s super star.
I was looking forward to this day!

One of specialty foods is a roast beef sandwich!

That tastes good!
You can choose some topping and sauce. ^-^

I chose a seat of left side to see Matsui very well.
As a result, I was able to see him nearby though almost all of sights are his back!

Unfortunately, New York Yankees was defeated, 4 to 2.
However, I was very excited and had fun!!

The Phantom of the OPERA

On Wednesday evening, I went watching ”The Phantom of the OPERA” at KENNEDY CENTER in Washington D.C.
This is the musical that I have wanted to watch for a long time.
My friend M gave me the schedule information. Thanks☆

This hall is along the river.

The hall looks more tasteful than I expected.

There is the bronze statue of the late president JFK.
It has great dignity.

The theater was crowded with people, so though the show is long running around the world, it’s still very popular.

The chandelier has effect to excite the audience.

Before I watched this show, I thought it was just serious.

But in fact, it has some funny, so I felt thrilling, enjoyable, and sad.
I was also aroused with the song.
Anyway, this show satisfied me!!

Independence Day ~Miami~

Just before the vacation, my tutor taught me some Independence Day traditions, and said that I should watch a fireworks display in Miami because those is set off in many US cities on July 4th.

"The people waiting for fireworks"

As she said, I was able to watch beautiful fireworks on the night sky!

Before watching those, I thought that fireworks of the US were smaller than Japan.
But those were massive, moving, and there are many kinds of those.
It’s fabulous!

I spent a nice time to celebrate America’s birthday with the US people!!
Thanks! (^^)/

The southernmost in U.S ~Key West~

I visited Key West being a Mecca for me.It’s day’s drive from Miami! All right!

The bridge to paradise “Seven-Mile Bridge”

On the way, I enjoyed blue lagoon on both sides!

At last, I arrived Key West after passing some islands. Yes!

“Zero mile origin of US1”

“Old Town”

It's cure!" Straw hut shop"

Though this place was crowded with people, the Japanese I looked at was just one couple, so there are few Japanese there as well as Miami.

My favorite is a street sign painting around a utility pole.
I think it’s fancy! I love this idea☆

A famous bar “Sloppy Joe’s Bar”
It seems Hemingway loves this bar.
If I didn’t come here by car, I would have fun!!

On the way to Miami, I watched the sun setting on a skyline.
I’m moved…

This trip is memorable for me. *^0^*

The celebrity island ~Miami~

It seems there is the celebrity island in Miami.
I took part in a tour of the celebrity island just for amusement. ^^;

Let’s go to a round trip for 1hour!

"Down Town from the ship"

What can you see across the bridge?

At last, a celebrity house came in sight!

Tourists were excited seeing it!!

While a conductor was explaining about celebrities(Gloria Estefan, Vanilla Ice, and Shaquille O'Neal and so on) who have a luxurious house, their theme song streamed...
It’s funny! ^^;

Closeup!

I had fun for amusement and refreshed with breeze from the sea. ^^

Art Deco ~Miami~

In the morning, I was relaxing at the pool side in the hotel.
I couldn’t be happier! ^0^

I walked in Art Deco district in the afternoon.
There’re lots of cute pastel architectures along Ocean Dr.

South Beach is across the street. ^^/

It was fine and a very pleasant stroll!!

Beach Paradise ~Miami~

Hiiiii I hadn’t visited here for a while because I kept being busy.
First, I took a vacation in Miami, then my parents came to my home and I took them to NYC.
Finally, I can write here now!

I stayed in Miami for 6days.
The plan of this trip is relaxation, so I stayed at more luxury hotel
Loews Miami Beach than usual.
I felt very comfortable...

South Beach is in front of the hotel.

It’s so transparent!
Shoal water is expanded to far away!!

After I enjoyed a beach, I had dinner.
I chose a terrace restaurant along Ocean Dr.
A terrace restaurant is one of my favorite things!

Pescatora & Crab pasta It’s very delicious!
I had a relaxing time there. *^^*
